Subway - Maggie Valley

I always enjoy getting cookies from this place. The wait is usually around 15 to 20 minutes, as there is only one worker. However, the Subway on Paragon Parkway does a much better job making their cookies. They are always freshly made and personalized, so the wait time is not an issue.

I attempted to order a specific item from the online menu but was given something else instead. After contacting the restaurant, I was directed to come back the next day with the item for a refund from the manager. However, when I returned as instructed, the manager refused to honor the agreement made over the phone and was rude in the process. She suggested I contact corporate, which I agreed to do, and then stated I would never patronize the restaurant again. It is disappointing that customer service has fallen to such a low standard over a mere $8 refund. I will no longer be giving my business to this establishment, despite having enjoyed dining there in the past.

Eating was good, the staff was not very happy when we asked to change gloves when I was vegetarian.

We ordered two subs a meatball with pfeffer jack cheese and the other one was truthahn with American cheese, both were cut as we wanted and we were gone,

It wasn't very busy and super clean. Music in the lobby was nice and the sandwiches were made great!
