First Wok - Manchester

Last Night I made a substantial order at first wok. The order came on time but the delivery driver dropped the very large box of food into my sons hands, which in turn fell onto the floor with food spilling all over the floor. The driver was quick to say it was my sons fault, and when asked for help, the driver just walked away. The restaurant was contacted, and they said they will get back, but they did not. Had the protocol for social distancing been used, where the box was placed on the doorstep, this would not have happened. Terrible treatment, no customer support available, disgusting treatment to my mentally ill son

I use this place standard for Chinese takeaways best one after trying several on just eat, the foods good portions are large and delivery fast maybe it has different owners since the old reviews as the food is nice or I wouldn't take the time to review it.

We ordered a takeaway from there because the one over the road was closed (golden star). It was the worst food I've ever had from a takeaway, the rice was like mashed potatoes and the chips were frozen and the soup was disgusting, I've lived in chorlton all my life and that chippy has never been great. Don't waste your money

Even though I normaly only ever order special chow mein because I'm set in my ways, I love the food from this place. You can ring up in the middle of the night and they bring your food. Very prompt service, food is always piping hot and good value for money.

Just ordered salt and pepper chips and salt and pepper chicken pieces which came really quickly however the chicken pieces had no chicken init was just nothing but coating and they looked like it was from yesterday couldn't even chew it, rang to complain only to get abuse of the guy who answered so just put the phone down, will never order from here and am going on the Chorlton facebook site to cuss u out on their too nasty place nasty man nasty
