Panda Express - Mansfield

Worse experience last night! My brown rice was hard. My teriyaki chicken was chewing and tasted old! Stop hiring people who don't care.

He waited 35 minutes just to say they don't have my order. In fact, they had no food, they had noodles and rice and that's it. The three cars waiting in front of me went out without food, thought they pulled before me. Three employees stood there and nobody could come out and tell anyone they were out of the food. The boy gave me free rice and noodles, offered free drinks. He was nice, but it's not right.

There were about 8 staff members, but I still had to wait around 15 minutes in line behind just two people. After finally reaching the front, I was told that the noodles were not available. This experience was very disappointing and the service was terrible. I will make an effort to avoid this location in the future.

Consistently good on the veggies, shrimp dishes. The orange chicken is great when fresh..

Do not bother visiting this restaurant. They are always out of something, and they never have soy sauce. It seems like they are intentionally not ordering it.
