Tim Hortons - Masstown

For the fifth time in a row, I've ASKED to have my bagel cut in half and got my bagel NOT cut in half. Do they not have knives???? If i hring my own knife will they then cut my bagel??? No other tims sends a bagel out without cutting it, even without asking special for it.Seriously it isn't rocket science to cut a bagel to make it easier for a customer to eat while driving.

Staff is nice but they don't serve farmers wraps or anything from the lunch menu. They were also out of apple fritters when we went. Should take the farmers wraps and lunch stuff off the menu if they don't serve them.

The staff was friendly, but they don’t offer the farmers wraps or any items from the lunch menu. Additionally, they were out of apple fritters during our visit. It might be a good idea to remove the farmers wraps and lunch options from the menu if they aren't available.

I am new to Tim Hortons, as they don't have them where I live. Best fast food restaurant ever!

Like almost all Tim's, the service horrible and the store unclean look. Dirty dishes, typical Tim Hortons.
