Food was about what you can expect from a standard McDonald’s experience, but when we stopped in while traveling the restrooms were terrible, puddles on the floor and all. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
What happens with the size of the burger? regular double-burgers are the size of the sliders at some places now. these are the 10 cent burgers on the roll back days not full size. very disappointing, a double to eat and hungry after. update no changes in the sizes and service missing when ordering incorrect. need extra or do not count on average. 75 percent of the time when my special orders are overlooked, even if receipts show accusations. I'm tired of coming back to correct it. I at least slow down the line in the drivethru to make sure that I get the right amount of items. Always double check their bags and be grateful if their order is complete and correct. no I'm not one of karstic, as I understand that people make mistakes. I'm just tired of repeating them regularly. in service also missing. they will stand in the line and watch and wait until the journey through at least 7 to 10 cars before they get their food.
Website says that the restaurant is open to 11 clock each night. at 10:54 in the drive-thru. the understanding of the restaurant is close to closing I had no high expectations to serve a large selection but at least. individual who worked the car dru explained that the restaurant was closed. reminded him that it was 10:54 and he said that they could not take orders because they did not want to throw away food. I said if I was going to eat, it wouldn't be thrown away. he then said again that they were closed and could not accept the command. ask to speak with his boss and he said he was the boss. Ask him about the phone number for the district manager and he said there was no district manager and why. I wanted to call someone and weep about it. it is obvious that this individual needs some training and viability. it is also obvious that he should not be in customer service. after further information, I find that this person is actually the sohn des managers who runs this particular location. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this place. it is obvious that they do not appreciate the customer and after reading some of the reviews on google and facebook this is not the first time that they had problems with the customer service. if given a chance to give an assessment of 0 to 5 I would give them 20.
