Shipley Do-nuts - McAllen

We're lucky to have Shipley's around here. When I travel I'm almost always disappointed with the donuts! The people at this location are friendly and have fun with my kids.

Terrible service, stopped for a fun middle of the night snack with my daughter and the lady said they were out of everything except maple cherry and chocolate but the shelves had plenty. I had to repeat to her over a dozen times what I wanted because she just wasn't all there, I feel terrible writing this but I got so frustrated she got almost every donut wrong and I drove off with Junk I didn't want half of them obviously old and stale. Please get someone new at the window the service from this older lady was TERRIBLE!!!

Had the original, 6 sided, glazed, warm, doughnut. Perfect, with coffee. Superior service provided by hardworking doughnut wranglers.

Not the one in pharr...literally had perfume flavor and barely had any glaze on the donut :

It was great we love coming here only when we come from Emporia,Kansas to come and visit my family here in Mission, Texas the Manger he always greet everyone that walks in and comes over to say hi how ya'll doing and he said he was sorry that the air condition wasn't working it didn't mind us we were just fine
