The Cupcake Company - Medford

I was there for the first time today. ve must be honest, I was a little underwhelmed. the cupcakes all looked quite basic, not like what they see coming from some cupcake shops on TV. the cupcake aromen themselves were okay, but the cake was quite dry and not very sweet (which some might appreciate. the personal was nice and attentive. Maybe I'm back, but it's not somewhere to try again. but they really need to get more moistness in this cake. it made my mouth like a desert and water need.

Beautifully moaned at the owners attitude towards me as cuatomer. I came today to buy some frosting amd my daughter a mini cupcake to try for a special tasty as it is her first birthday and she seemed like I was a complete last. she rolled her eyes on me, huffed over me asking to buy several containers from what I bought at least she I called last week to make sure that I didn't have to enter for an order and to check the price and timeline so that I was prepared and she was prepared for the purchase) even if I spent a decent amount of money for some frosting. when I called last week, she quoted me seven dollars for the when of frosting and when I came to get the charge 10.25, which doesn't seem like much until they buy more tubes. I also have my high-time cupcakes and high-time cakes and also the cupcakes I had at my baby shower were made by her that?s why I stopped to do business with her again. the younger girl she had on the tresor was much more beautiful than her. I understand that people have a bad day, but for someone so rudely come to a customer and support their business, that is a really acidic taste in my mouth. as I said, did I support her business and came back a lot of time and I would probably? ve always come back and support her business, she had not treated me so badly. That's the last time I ever do business with her.

They changed the design of our high-time cake and did not call to inform us. challenging communication and several other errors. we tried to call after the high time to talk about our negative experience with them, but it seemed like one they said / we said, situation that was unpleasant. too much stress.

We ordered a gluten free wedding cake and the cupcakes company totally delivered. Even with the recent difficulty with supply chain issues they made it happen. The cake was incredible and I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely delicious Had our wedding cake ordered semi last minute and were blown away. Flavors were delicious. Texture was perfect! We left for our honeymoon and even enjoyed a piece 5 days later still so good! 10/10
