Jersey Mike's Subs - Mesa

We enjoy their sandwiches, but the prices are becoming too expensive. Now we only go on special occasions.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and was impressed with how quickly it arrived, as the app provided an accurate delivery time. The order was perfect and the cheesesteak was hot and juicy. I was very impressed with the overall experience.

I recently visited another branch of this restaurant and had an amazing experience! The service was friendly and the food was delicious. I would recommend avoiding the location at Signal Butte and instead, making the extra effort to visit the one on Power Road. It was definitely worth the drive! On this particular visit, it was my first time trying the restaurant and while the service was friendly, I was disappointed with the food. My sandwich mostly consisted of the bread, while the other two sandwiches were mostly filled with vegetables. It's possible that this was just an issue at this specific location, as I know others who regularly enjoy their meals here. I may give another branch a try next time, but if the experience is the same, I won't be returning.

Do not order from this store. They are rude and do not care about their customers. They just charged me for food I did not receive. They accused me of lying. The GM yelled at me and said she does not know if I really got my food or beverage. I wouldnever go there and order now because I would be afraid what they would do to my food while they prepared it. I like Jersey Mike's subs and they're very good. When I was there today there was very little people around so service was excellent.
