This is only fast and rice and beans are cooked and tastes better than other sites...... It is from the Walmart of sw 8 st and 70 ave in Miami

I ordered a Cilantro chicken tropics, question, you want me to pay for mixing fake bills with a good one, I don't think so, stop fresh chicken with dry hard old chicken, some pieces were so dry and hard I couldn't get it with the fork.

I ordered the family tropical chop online. First they told me that the order would be ready 3 hours after the order. I called to the store several times, but nobody answered the phone. I went to the place to check the status of my order. When I was there, my job was done, but everything was served in plates. All the plates had all the food mix. I declare the supervisor there that after the Family tropic chop I ask that everything comes separately in diferente tablets. He told me that? As they do. My children didn't eat food, because as they mix everything, some people don't eat vegetables. I'll order for other Pollo Tropical and never eat anything like that. The website shows the Tropic Chop with the Diferentes tablets. Very disappointed! I don't think I'll order them again.

I you go to Florida and don't have pollo tropical you didn't went to Florida lol!! Best fast food ever !!!
