Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Miami

We went there for breakfast one morning in summer. The air conditioning was broken. The staff was so disgruntled. They literally turned away the customers. They were all sweating in there. We left and went to the competitor down the road.

This place was aweful!!! Came in on Sunday at 1:50 pm and Waited for my sandwich 14 minutes!! When I asked who is the manager, the cashier told me he left a while ago. There were about 7 employees all walking around in the back doing nothing! I have been coming here for a few years but never again!!

Food is always fresh and tasty, very clean place and the service is amazing, Sebas took great care of us!

Good Smoothies, and I recommend the wraps for happy hour.

Pick up order was missing my side jalapeño corn. That’s something I paid for, and I forgot about it because the environment was so uncomfortable ‍
