Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Miccosukee

I ordered a smoothie and wrap combo, this is the same wrap and smoothie combo that I order frequently from the tropical smoothie by my house and when I say this was by far one of the worst wraps and smoothies I have gotten it’s not an understatement. My smoothie was missing ingredients and so was the wrap. I tried to call the store about 5-6 times with absolutely no answer. I hate leaving negative reviews but at some point it’s the only option when you can’t get anyone to answer a phone. I’ll be ordering from a different location moving forward.

One of the worst experiences I ever had with tropical cafe . I order on door dash on 1/05/24 around 5:00 pm . Who ever is working that night shift sucks. Watery smoothie . Food is completely a mess , watery and falling apart from a chicken creaser wrap. Another time I came to get a veggie wrap the whole staff said they didn’t know how to make it . Terrible service. I don’t know what’s up with this location.

Our Tropical Smoothie app was hacked and 5 transactions have taken place at this location. We reside in Oklahoma and have never visited this location. I reported the activity to the owner Garth and headquarters several times to no avail. We've changed our passwords, canceled credit cards and had our rewards points fraudulently taken. Seems this is a dishonest company.

The employees are wonderful but having worked at a tropical smoothie I feel bad knowing people spend so much money for smoothies that are just ice and frozen fruit

I ordered 2 different smoothies and 2 Chocolate chunk cookies and a Snickerdoodle cookie and when I got my order and saw I didn’t get my Chocolate Chunk cookies I complained on DoorDash because I believe if you order something and don’t receive it you should absolutely get your money back for the item(s) you didn’t receive. I ordered the cookies for my kids. That made me upset. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.
