Despite being short staffed currently, Dragon Diner still remains the best Chinese food in Utah in my opinion.

Their fried rice is not the best but I enjoy the lemon chicken plan on trying other dishes but so far better than a ton of other places around me I hope future...

General tsu chicken pretty damn good and there hot and sour soup is the best Asian soups I've ever had.
