Roots 89 Grill - Spring City

This is a fantastic burger joint with delicious hand-scooped ice cream. Their pastrami burger is excellent, and the Chicago Dog is quite tasty as well. Be sure to try the sweet potato bites, and if you have a craving for something sweet, go ahead and top them with caramel and marshmallow!

The food tasted very fresh, and I really enjoyed the garlic cheese curds. The burgers and portion sizes were generous. They also offer milkshakes and ice cream, but I didn't try any since it's a chilly day! The service could have been improved—it felt a bit grumpy, and my drink was forgotten, plus they didn't bring napkins. Overall, it’s a wonderful little spot!

Charming little place in Spring City. It reminds you of an old-fashioned soda fountain, featuring incredibly tasty food. The ice cream was exceptionally creamy and truly satisfying. Our group was quite large, but the staff was incredibly kind and patient with us and our extensive orders.

Great fries and I really like the other food too. I tried the red hot dog and my goodness it was hot. Their portions are massive so go with a big appetite.

Roots 89 Grill is so delicious. We were visiting friends and family in Springville UT. If you are ever in the area east of Spanish fork check out Roots. I had the 89 Burger, rosemary fries and garlic cheese curds. This place has everything you need in a classic diner and the garlic cheese curds are delicious. I love this quaint little diner and the owners are so nice! Also the ice-cream and shakes are delicious ???? I had pumpkin spice ice-cream my son had a Kit Kat shake. So good!
