Mcdonald's - Minden

This McDonald's experience was disappointing. I waited about 10 to 15 minutes for my order, and no one seemed to acknowledge it. I asked if someone could assist me, but they just kept saying they would be right there. After waiting so long and feeling frustrated, I decided to leave.

The staff was very friendly, but it took over 20 minutes for my food to arrive, and I felt like I had been forgotten. Additionally, my shake was incorrect—I ordered strawberry, but they gave me vanilla instead.

Had been very friendly and courteous by manager, as ordered even came to check us and make sure everything was good.

Went thru the drive thru, the shakes and eating were fantastic thanks.

Service was good but ice cream machine was down again
