Wendy's - Minnetonka

I appreciate the morning crew. Automatically get ketchup packages is the little things they put apart. I look forward to Wendy's during my morning and lunch break. Friendly service and fast, sometimes faster than jimmy John's and you know their slogan.

So impressed by her courtesy on Sunday, 15. May at 1 o'clock... whoever the staff was kudos! The speaker didn't work... they had a sign that said the order in the window. There was a car that was cared behind us in the line and was not patient because of it. He had seen the note. So you know if you get complaints that the people who worked inside clearly coughed and had a friendly and gracious attitude.

My mom is very picky about her food, but Wendy's was able to accommodate every substitution she requested. They made sure all the items were there just as she wanted.

Ordered a coke zero and an iced tea. It came with 2 coke zeros that had zero syrup in them. Tasted like tonic water. The chicken wrap wasn't a wrap . Just shoved into the paper and folded up. And my burger was missing ingredients. It's not that hard of a job.

The cookie was overcooked and they did not have the baked potato.
