Double Sky Diner - Moody

Was very excited to try something different in our small towns bruceville eddy moody area. Fish was awesome okra was a little salty! Good queso for being and American restraunt was a little thick!! All and all we will be back to try different items!! So glad we found this small town gem!! Ordered 3 Chiken Fried Steak dinners and 2 had hair in the gravy on the CFS, the baked potatoes were old and dark brown with a sour taste. Bread half toasted on one side only and so stale it was hard to even bite into. I spent 56.00 and had to eat ramen noodles for dinner. This is not acceptable. Being a food truck owner, I would NEVER allow food to leave my kitchen that looked like this. Much less use potatoes that were old and obviously recooked several times. For the price we paid I expected much more. I will not be returning nor recommending this diner to others. My dad was so excited to take me there and was so disappointed by the meals we received. I guess you have to be a regular to get a decent plate of food. My dad originally went with a friend of his who recieved way more food on his plate than what we got.
