Love this place every time we go! I always get 2 Cesare Chicken Salad and Half Sandwich

I can't say enough great things about this place! The food prices are a bit higher than I'd like, but it is absolutely worth it. On my last visit there, about a month ago, I had the nicest and friendliest cashier/server, his name was Paul. Paul was very attentive to me and my co-workers, and came over numerous times to ensure that we were enjoying our meal, even though it was lunchtime and they were busy. Speaking with him when we were done, I found out that he wasn't an awesome server, he's actually the awesome manager.

Have made many lunches and dinner dates at McAllisters and cannot day enough about the friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. Food is always fresh and delicious! My favorite is the BLT +A and their wonderful potato salad!! So many friends rave about this place; prices are good and yes, we will be back!!!

I had to leave this review. Staff was arguing when I went to pick up my order and I customized my salad and this is what I get. The laziness is absurd. This is just lettuce, cheese and Caesar dressing. Not even any croutons. If I could leave no stars I would.

By far, one of the better Deli chains in the NW suburbs. Better than Panera and Potbelly for so many reasons. 1) We ordered a fresh turkey sandwich and a cup of meatless chili. Both delicious and with generous portions on the sandwich...they don't skimp on ingredients. 2) You'll notice the cleanliness of this establishment, the moment you walk in the door. 3) With a steady flow of customers, they manage to keep things moving smoothly without sacrificing good service and food quality. 4) There were no errors with our order. 5) Coffee was brewed fresh for us since we came there at 6 pm for dinner. 6)The staff is very pleasant and works well as a team. The man that took our order (I didn't get his name) was efficient, friendly and a multi-tasker. He made our coffee, served our food, removed our dishes when we were done, filled take-out orders, delivered curbside orders, took more in-person orders, cleaned tables, checked the outdoor dining area periodically...wow! 7) Very reasonable, competitive pricing! This will be our new go-to on date night from now on! We look forward to next week and try something new on their menu. Thank you for offering the food and service we have been searching for.
