Panda Express - Nampa

Disappointed. My daughter and I ate here from the first time on 11-8-22. Really expensive for over Americanized Chinese food. Staff was coldly friendly. The only other place more atrocious than panda express is Shanghai. Never eating here again. But therestaurant and bathrooms were VERY CLEAN.

My chicken and shrimp were both over cooked or had been out for awhile. Last time it was yummy. Not sure why not so good this time

I normally come to this Panda Express because it's the one right next to my house and they normally have decent food. This time I went to Panda Express I got cold food with hair in it. When I called to try and get it credited to my account. They said letme get you the manager on duty because she is here right now. She then told me I couldnt get it credited to my account withoutthe receipt. I had called for a similar problem a few months previous and the person that I spoke to instantly credited myaccount with everything that needed to be replaced. I was trying to explain this to a lady either named arcella or Angelina andshe hung up the phone on me. When I called back asking for the name for the manager on duty they said there was no manager onduty. I had to drive to the store to get the name of the workers to try and figure out which was the person I spoke to. I amvery unhappy with the way they spoke to me and handled the situation. Dont have 3 different people saying 3 different things onhow they take care of bad food. Very unprofessional environment. UPDATE: Wow after looking at the reviews looks like this placejust needs shutdown. getting soap in the food, bad service, food poisoning. Just everything wrong with food service is at thisstore! Why is this not being looked into.

I was always under impression that you pay for full box not 3/4 but seems like it may or may not be full, this has happened to us before but I thought not a big deal until it starts to go on.

Dear Panda Express your three plus one entree is a great thing for the average person but when somebody comes into your shop who's going to be a big eater you guys should have a like panda plus tray it's for the people that eat more than the averageperson just a suggestion as far as that your food is great
