Tim Hortons - Nanaimo

The restaurant has a fresh new look after its renovation, which is fantastic. It’s also a great addition that they now have a drive-thru.

I requested potato wedges from a larger staff member with unusual hair, but she seemed to have an anxiety attack and told me she couldn’t fulfill my order since it was just a few minutes before 11. After that, she acted as if she were the victim and declined to serve me my coffee, saying that she only prepares food.

I asked if I could get a jelly donut, and the person at the register was quite rude. He mentioned that they are phasing out filled donuts... I won't be coming back.

I stopped by the drive-thru today and ordered a large red eye ice cap with extra caramel. Unfortunately, what I got was just a melted, watery mess—probably because they used hot espresso, which completely ruined the drink. I'm sure this location is like any other Tim Hortons, but I'm really let down because I was looking forward to enjoying it. Sadly, I couldn't bring myself to go back and ask for a remake. So, farewell $6, and hello disappointment.

I really enjoy this Tim Hortons! The team is wonderful, the food is tasty, and the service is consistently friendly.
