Tim Hortons - Nanaimo

Great place! Great service! Great tea! Here still open to 10pm during COVID19 and with free wifi . It's really a good place for stay and waiting for ferry.

It was renovated updated within a year. It is a clean and nice looking. The staff have always been courteous and helpful. The two drawbacks to this location are: There is no drive thru. If you're traveling South along the Island Highway, stopping here is a bit challenging as getting back on the highway requires you to go up and around several blocks follow the signs and you'll be fine.

Getting the proper smiles and service in places anymore is somewhat hard and even worse when the person is not being genuine in their interaction with you. But not at the Tim Hortons on Rock City Plaza in Nanaimo. The customer service for myself has been great and there is attention to detail to making sure order is done right. This morning was absolutely a treat coming in to the fresh smell of bagels, muffins and of course the coffee as well as the service Great job to the team at this location. It 's GREAT to see some good staff at this location finally! The 'new ' manager is great, happy, professional and courteous, a change from before! The young lady that made my breaky was very nice and wished me a good day when she was finished. She was very busy but took the time to wish me a good day, and made eye contact! Way to go Timmies!

Croissant was a lil burnt but I know hard it is to toast one right so Im not upset about it! everything was good!
