"during our stay in marmagen we visited the restaurant eifeler hof. before we had already eaten in a 2nd restaurant (there were carvings that were very tasty) and now wanted to drink some more luggage. that worked great in the eifeler hof. we sat at the theke and came so quickly into an informative and cheerful conversation with the wetin. she told us the story of the rockeskyller distillery, from which all Eager snaps and lügner came, which we sometimes tried. she also told us full of elan about the excursions in the eifel. a wetin, how to imagine it! the equipment is rustic and a bit sober. the village jugend meets there for cards to play."
