Passport Pizza - New Haven

I used to love their food, but now it tastes chewy. The wings were also tough and I couldn't bite into any of it. Paying $24 for a large pizza and wings was not worth it for a Mother's Day dinner.

We requested light sauce on our pizzas, why couldn't you offer to remake them?

They have the Best round pizza. Sauce has great flavor. Get a coupon, get a large pizza with mushroom onion(2 topping) u have 2 meals for $18 or so. The staff is friendly, and they work hard. To me it's Better than Jets(my opinion).

Just got two large pizzas and breadsticks pizzas had no sauce on it tasted like dirt The breadsticks were dry and did not come with the marinara sauce that I ordered The salads are small and they're Italian dressing just tastes like it's pure vinegar with a little bit of seasoning in it food quality is gone down in the last few years used to love this place now I do not want to go back

I'm shocked to see all these negative experiences. We're frequent on ordering and have never had a bad meal. Actually in comparison to other chain pizza companies they're by far better with quality quantities of items. Keep up the good work Passport of New Haven ???????
