I can’t walk down King street without popping in for a quick pastizzi. Honestly iconic and always delicious. Love all the flavours to choose from!

Excellent food and great service. Great size meals and made fresh. We highly recommend the spaghetti and meatballs. We also purchased some Pastizzi pastries.. lots of different fillings and very fresh

We enjoyed a selection of pastizzi as entrees with highlights being the beef and and chilli con carne. They have a wide range of pasta options as mains. You choose the type and which sauce you want. Main sizes were very generous and both the arrabiatta and cream sauces went well with our chicken and pumpkin ravioli. Was very busy but staff were efficient and friendly and our drinks came out fast. A great place for Maltese Italian food. You can order a large range of pastizzi from the main counter to take home and enjoy later. Great value fast casual option.

After arriving late in Newtown, Sydney, we found limited options for dining. However, Pastizzi Cafe was still open and serving dinner, so we decided to give it a try. Despite the restaurant not being full, possibly due to the late hour, we were pleasantly surprised by the food and service. We ordered two mains and two glasses of wine, which were delivered quickly. The spaghetti carbonara was exceptional, with large chunks of bacon and perfectly cooked egg. The prawn mango salad was also a delight. The wine complemented the meal perfectly. Overall, the dining experience was unexpectedly delicious and reasonably priced. The attentive and friendly wait staff added to the positive experience. This was one of the best dining experiences we've had in years.
