Billy Bones Bbq - Niagara Falls

Had a wonderful time here after a walk around the area. This bbq rocks. Brisket and ribs, shared with my lovely wife. Our server, Sean, was great and attentive. It?s not cheap, but for a vacation meal, it was wholeheartedly worth it! Will come againon future trip!

I'll keep it short. I'm from the south and know good bbq... this ain't it. Ordered the pulled pork. No flavor, no spices, no nothing.Tasted like I was eating a bland meat sandwich The fries were hot and tasty. That's it. Filled a void. Over priced.

I went here last night mostly because I've seen Billy Bones so many times at Ribfest and I didn't get a chance to go this yr. The ribs are a healthy serving, a full rack is delicious and impossible to finish in one sitting. The cornbread is exactly whatyou would expect of cornbread. I also had the baked beans which I enjoyed. The portions are so generous I'll be eating this fordays ????????. Also my server was amazing, he stood and chatted with me for quite some time and made me feel really comfortableeven though I was getting take out. He recommended the baked beans, rightly so!

Horrible service. Currently looking for somewhere to get some food quick, talked to a waitress who said there was no wait time at all. We had already had visited another with a longer wait time. We decided to head back to Billy Bones and talked to adifferent waiter about getting a table once again. We were told that they would have a fifteen minute wait even though therewere barely any people inside and outside of the restaurant. Literally nobody has came to the restaurant since we spoke to thatwaitress. This is unacceptable. The whole restaurant was basically empty and we weren?t able to be let in. The chunky waiter inthe orange shirt told us about the fifteen minute wait. I can?t believe the staff just lied straight to our faces. This isdisappointing. Don?t go here, you?ll only be wasting your time.

Tried Billy Bones at the Scarborough Rib Fest in Toronto because it had the shortest line. I think I know why. Beef ribs was good. Pork just ok. Cornbread was good. However the brisket was burnt so it was more like jerky. Chicken was very verydry. Please do not disappoint your customers like this. We look forward to this event, had a hard time finding parking, had toline up twice to get in, had to line up to get food, only to be served with disappointing food. I also got 2 orders of coleslawand beans, not sure if I got 2 orders. Coleslaw tasted nothing like coleslaw. Refer to the pic please. Now I wonder how didyou manage to get all those awards?
