In general, I liked the establishment, good atmosphere, almost all delicious dishes and beautiful dishes, friendly staff. 2 stars removed by: 1. Teramisu dessert should have a different name, because what was brought to me is something sweet, but it has nothing to do with Italian terramisu, this dessert does not exist. There was nothing from the classic recipe in this dessert at all! 2. Ignorance of basic service skills of staff/waiters. There were 6 of us, we ordered cold snacks (mainly salads with meat/seafood and also hot) Some were not brought cold for a long time, and others were brought cold and hot The table is small, the dishes are large. On my remark, first we want to eat snacks, and then enjoy a hot duck, for example. My appeal was completely ignored. My daughter loves this institution very much (or loved and often asked to go there. One day, my daughter and I went to Sollo, ordered a burger, a dessert, and a cappuccino. sit for 40 minutes. They brought a bill of UAH 600 for all this. Since the terminal was not working, I paid in cash and gave 1,000 hryvnias. I waited 40 minutes for the remaining UAH 400, but no one was going to bring it to me. I understand, and I'm not young, that you need to leave a tip, but not 400 hryvnias out of 600 hryvnias for a meal. When I approached the bar counter and asked if they were going to return the rest, they looked at me with such disdain, as if (it's a pity for you, 400 hryvnias? But the rest was returned, only as they were returned in pennies, one and five hryvnias each and just sent to the table! Will they say that in such an institution, in which the terminal was working, there was no cash in a larger denomination?
