We found the staff to be very helpful in planning the event, the food superb (it exceeded our expectations), the staff were very helpful and friendly on the night. It was...just perfect. Would highly recommend. Such a great spot on the end of the Pier.
I would recommend avoiding this bar. When I went there with my partner for a small drink, I was shocked by the size of the glass - it was incredibly small and overpriced at £5. The staff were rude and took a long time to serve us. They seemed uninterested and in no rush to help us at all.
Don't come here. there are several reasons why not come here: 1. it takes soou long to get a drink 2. the tables are dirty 3. the beer was poor
The most terrible bar staff I've ever visited. first they overloaded us two talks so they can forbid the refund. we had to pay a deposit of £1 per plastic cup. when we had withdrawn, they had no chance, apart from...5p's expected we to be in order with £2 in 5p’s. we had to wait 10 minutes until they called the manager who arrived, minus any change, so then had to wait again until he went git some others were also waiting behind us. no excuse! will avoid going back
I couldn't eat anything, it was a complete waste of money. The chips were hard, the burger seemed to have been microwaved. The pint was served in a plastic cup with a £1 deposit, and it was undrinkable. I will never return to this restaurant.
