Myself and another visited on a quiet Tuesday evening so the place wasn't packed (ideal for a relaxed pint for us). We didn't eat so I've left no marks for food. My companion was driving and it was great to see not only the good choice of 0% bottled beers and ciders (Moretti zero, Erdinger Blue and Old Mout) but also they have Heineken 0.0% on draft which is very rare. This pours and tastes much better, smoother with the fewer bubbles. I sampled 2 tasty golden ales which were well kept. There was Black Sheep bitter on offer as well. A very nice cosy sitting area near the old fireplace. I'm tempted to eat here next time, we did so many years ago before covid. Bur we will definitely visit more often for drinks now we can come with a Des driver knowing its not going to be the same boring zero beer all night.

Lunch menu priced well, but main menu feels overpriced. And lacking on portion side, we had a mix grill and lunch club burger Price per person: £20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Parking space: Plenty of parking
