Food was amazing and our service was awesome!!! Everything was great!! The guy that brought it to our car was attentive and just awesome all around!!

Worst Sonic I've ever been to. Rude employees and awful service times. This location should be shut down.

I order 2 shakes they are not blended ,order a cookie dough blast for my daughter she probably got 3 pieces of cookie dough. The worker at the window had an attitude and the lady taking the order had an attitude

Decided to go to Smithfield location to order food and not happy with the person taking my order. He sighed into the microphone while I was ordering like it was a bother to him to take my order. Not only that, it is 9:19 PM when you close at 2, I asked for a strawberry shake and before I could even get the sentence out he cut me off and said the machine is being cleaned. I am not stupid I have worked in this business over 20 years. People say the machine is broken because they do not want to do shakes because they are busy and lazy. I will never EVER come here again. Said my food was coming out and waited another 20 mins. This place is trash. I almost got my money back and not get the food but now I know.

My kids and I waited one hour for food, never received our meals. At the 40 minute mark they brought the wrong food out. I asked for a refund after one hour. The manager came out, went back in for 15 minutes, then finally gave us the refund and offered to do nothing about the situation. The manager claimed they were shortstaffed, and other people were waiting longer than us when that clearly wasn’t the case. Total waste of time. I understand places are shortstaffed, but come on. At least make an attempt to rectify the situation instead of piling on excuses like I did something wrong. This occurred on 2/18/24 between 12:20-1:20 PM if anyone has any doubts. Needless to say, we won’t be back.
