El Manu Restaurante Pizzeria

They're pulling us in. We have to wait an hour to get the food we order. When we got our food, it was undercooked. Nothing was fresh, everything was frozen or from the canned. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Don't go. Worst service, bad food and not even try to order a pancake here, not even a stoned mickey mouse would eat it).

When I arrived, I was looking for a place to eat. This restaurant with a simple Hamburger offer for 8 soles. I ordered it and when I asked about the bill, there were tax two soles. When I asked how much the tax was in percent, she didn't know and the owner laughed. I was tired and didn't want to fight and left.

We all ordered chicken dishes all sampled and found to be cold. The food was returned to the kitchen only to be replated and served back to the table, but to different family members still cold. This after the waitress had touched the chicken to varify it was cold. Disgusting hygiene standards, and appalling restaurant practise. Why anyone would eat here is beyond me. I assume they would even reheat chicken and serve. Just what you need an upset stomach when walking Machu Picchu. You’ve been warned! Incidentally they then try to charge a 20% extra charge referred to as tax. No it was an attempt to extort a service charge are they insane? So many restaurants to choose from anywhere has to be better than this.

We ate here because we booked an organized trip to Machu Pichu and included dinner in this place. We ordered 1 beer, 1 tea, nachos as starter and grilled chicken trout. The man did not watch during the order, he was busy with other people from the street and other restaurants. First We only got the beer, and after 20 minutes the man came to ask what we ordered, so we ordered again. After 45 minutes we waited for the starter and didn't get the tea while other people who came later finished their dinner. After we get the food in 2 minutes?! It was very simple, véry salty and the frits were still raw and cold. Besides, I haven't seen a toilet so dirty both toilets! .
