Chipotle Mexican Grill - Orlando

Walked in and they yell were out of rice AND beans ... what chipotle runs out of their main two items?

Saw this place had bad reviews but figured I'd still give it a chance. Waited in line behind someone whose mobile order was never made so he had to order from the regular line.... No cilantro or lime in the rice, pinto beans had no flavor (tastes like they were just dumped out of a can and heated barely..... steak was sitting out on the table not over heat so it was room temperature... Nothing was satisfying or good here. My meal had no flavor and was not hot. Not sure if they are understaffed but this was a total mess.

Newly built Chipotle. The food was great, but very lightly seasoned in my opinion (missing a lot of salt). They were missing a lot of stuff.It was a generally a very good experience.I lowered a star because the location wasn’t very clean.

Terrible customer service! They didn't bag the bowl level, so it leaked and soaked through and dropped on the pavement before I even got in the car. I went back to get a replacement, and this time because they wouldn't let me back in line, they didn't drain the beans well, so they leaked through the container and soaked through the new bag. I had to ask for a new bowl. NEVER going to this location again!!!

I've been to this location a few times because it's closer to me and not as busy as the one on University Blvd. I've mostly order online and picked up but have came in once or twice...they seem to pack the bowl better in person. They never seem out of anything when I order; the fajita veggies seem like more green pepper then a good mix (I like onions more lol) and the place is clean inside and out. It's small but that's not surprising since most Chipotle's are and have the same set up.
