Contribuer aux commentaires- what happened? only for a team dinner at work for $140 splurgit and all nine people had a terrible meal. the pasta is the worst, and most of it was thrown away. the pizza was simply sad, and this opinion of people who didn't even have to pay for the meal! I'm embarrassed that I underwent such an unpleasant experience.
I ordered a thin crust pizza and it was the worse I’ve had. The crust was hard and burned. Barely any cheese or sauce on the pizza. It taste like I was eating cardboard. I was very disappointed
No idea why they are open. This location should be shut down for their inability to say what they are going to do. If you can't deliver within the ETA stated on the website, you should not offer delivery. My delivery wait time is 50-60 min. It's over 75 minutes now. The least the driver can do is give a courtesy call or something. Now you guys are closing in less than an hour. I'm about to leave my house to drive there to have you cook what my driver is unable to deliver... I will be emailing corporate. and I will keep contacting corporate until you guys understand that you need to do better.
The worst Pizza Hut ever. I order a large pizza and Cinnabon rolls. After almost 2 hrs no pizza I decided to call the store and the girl told me , they don't have no one to do the delivey. So i agree to go and pick my order up so I sent my husband,she told she is going to give a me a refund for the delivey fee. My husband went to the store no refund. When i tried to call the store almost 40 min in the line nobody answered. Never again . One star is too much
This is yet the worst pizza hut in orlando. I ordered the Big dinner Box and the Hershey cookie. Not only did i have to wait for my food but my food that they gave me was unacceptable. I order a 2 topping on both of my pizza to receive one of them with no bacon and some had one piece of sausage on it and the other with barley and pepperoni and beef on it. So i would recommend not adding any extra toppings to you pizza bc they will charge for it but you won’t get it . Also my cookie was burnt all around the rim and underneath it my breadsticks were super hard with cinnamon covered on it. I tried to return the food back and was told that i could not get a refund even if i didn’t touch any of the food. And was also told i could only get it remade only after waiting 30 min for it. (per manager that was on the shift. )I ask to speak to the GM and was told that they were available and she doesn’t know he’s number to call and ask about me getting my $40 refund. This is very unacceptable and very unprofessional. Lack of communication and lack of management will not return. (still on hold for 40min and no answer just 30 min after opening hopefully i get my refund)
