Vegans and vegetarians rejoice they have veggie broth! We went for a veggie with udon noodles and a veggie with rice noodles. First off, portion size is appropriately large for ramen. Loaded with tofu and veggies corn, scallions, carrots, spinach, red onion, zucchini . Flavorful go garlic! and piping hot broth rounds it out here. Really great flavors and quality here. Totally worth the wait. I can honestly say that if I was a local, this would be a go to spot.
We came and there was a short line to get inside but stood there for about 20 minutes and nobody from the line got a table even though about 7 or 8 customers had already come out. I wouldn't have minded the wait if it had at least been inside like the other location. We ended up leaving. Don't come here unless you want to wait in the hot Florida sun for a line that's not even moving.
The majority of the reviews are misleading. This is NOT a ramen spot. This is a phở spot. Broth is a phở broth...you can switch rice noodles out for udon or ramen. Then add ramen toppings to it to make it ramen . But, phở broth is very distinctive and no mater what you do to it, it still tastes like phở. Since I was confused, I thought I was getting actual Japanese ramen... I got ramen in Phở. Which was a little conflicting and their ramen noodles were a little gummy. Flavor wise, it 's a standard soup. Tastes fine; it 's not something I would eat again. Bang bang chicken was ok. Milk teas was also meh...we got matcha and taro. Matcha tastes a little too sweet. Taro was bland. Inconsistent. The inside was cool, lots of Dragon Ball stuff. Other than that, underwhelming food and the line was ridiculous. It was basically self service. You order through a few kiosks, grab the drinks yourself. They would call out your name and bring the food over. Side note: they were out of a bunch of items...like bottle water...which was plentiful in the fridge behind their counter.
This is the most awesome place for soup EVER!!!!!!!! If you are a Dragon Ball Z fan and love pho or ramen, this is A MUST visit! Owners are huge fans and collectors and have a crazy display in the restaurant! Shoes, collectibles, paintings, and more! They even have a store next door with lots of DBZ merch to purchase! Get to the restaurant early or you will be waiting in line outside! This place gets packed! Orders are placed using self service kiosk to create your bowl. Don't forget to add dumplings, they are amazing in your soup! Pho will never be the same for me without them:
Over an hour wait to sit down. I like the other 2 locations because they have more space, but this location is a 1 and done for me. Once we sat down (1 hour 30 minutes later) the food was served quick and the noodles were good. I will continue going to Soupa 2 3, I will not be back to the original.
