We were met at the beach by Estephan. He and Luis took excellent care of us. They set us up with a covered eating area and several beach chairs. The beach was great, clear water and white sand. The food was delicious and the drinks kept coming. Estephan even found a bicycle for my husband to rent for a couple of hours. When we were ready to leave, they walked us to the taxi stand and assisted in getting us a cab back to the pier. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay with them was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend and we will be back.
We had reservations at the Tropicanta before arriving in Costa Maya, so we (my two daughters and I) took a shuttle out to the intersection at The Tipsy Turtle. A man asked where we were going and he walked us to our destination to make sure we made it safely. He was the owner of the Tipsy Turtle and even though we weren't staying at his establishment he took care of us!Thank you and anyone who would do that gets a high recommendation from me! Next time we'll eat at the Tipsy Turtle
Hands down best place to go. 20$ all day to drink as much as you can handle. Casper && Alex put out the best hospitality we could have ever wanted. We took a taxi right out of the gates of the cruise port. We got dropped off right in downtown and had no idea what to expect. Casper was the one who initially greeted us outside and took us to the beach front restaurant. We had such an amazing time we didn't want to go back to the port, but we did. Defiantly planning my next trip to Muhahual right now to spend an entire week there.
Great service & wonderful food. What a nice way to spend a day at the beach. Jesus provided amazing service & took care of our every need.
