The Rowan - Ottawa

We had a fantastic brunch at this restaurant on Sunday. We were pleased with the vegetarian options on the menu, and everyone at our table enjoyed the taste and quality of the food. The service was also excellent, with our waiter going out of his way to serve two of us in French. This restaurant stands out as a higher-quality option compared to other nearby restaurants at Lansdowne Park. It is definitely worth taking a few extra steps up Bank Street to dine here.

I had my birthday brunch at this restaurant today. While Fraser Cafe is still my favorite, this place is awesome too. I really enjoyed my hot chocolate and French toast. The kitchen even added a candle to it, which was a nice touch. Our server, Duncan, was fantastic. Thank you for the delicious food and great service. I will definitely be returning soon.

I had another amazing meal at The Rowan. It has become my favorite restaurant in The Glebe. The service is always excellent and very friendly. The chef is incredibly skilled at preparing meat and presentation. I ordered the chicken breast while my wife had the pork chop. We swapped bites and both dishes were delicious. My wife even said it was the best pork chop she has ever had. My chicken was cooked perfectly, and the veggies had just the right amount of crispness. We also tried the fresh apple donuts for dessert and they were amazing. I highly recommend The Rowan for a dining experience you won't forget.

We've been meaning to try the Rowan for quite some time. After a few unsuccessfull tries to make reservations, I finally planned far in advance to get a good time on a Friday night and we were not dissapointed. My wife and I had one the best meals we've had in a long time last night. Service was top notch and every bite was perfection. Would definitely recommend to friends and we'll hopefully be back sooner than later!

Went on Monday evening for the first time and had the best meal I've had out in quite a long while, from start to finish. Friendly, relaxed service, delicious food, a wine list that is not overwhelming but very well curated...you really don't get better than this in Ottawa.
