Just ate in the pub, but amazing food and service, highly recommend!!

We had an incredible time last night for our friend's birthday. There were 15 of us, and our server Brittney was fantastic! The other girls, Kayla, Lindsey and Jayla were also amazing. Buffalo wings were perfect, as always. We've been coming here since they first opened and have made this our go-to place. The owners and the staff make you feel welcomed and like they genuinely care you have a good time with good food, instead of rushing you in and out, or putting you on a time limit. And they're a family friendly place. If your kiddos need to burn a little energy, they have a basketball hoop set up in the game room. Worked well for our young one! 15/10 recommend!!

The food was really good. The French fries are good and my sandwich the Rachel was very good. Lots of turkey. I couldn't eat it all. My husband had shrimp tacos and said they were very good. What an absolute shame!! The food was good, the atmosphere was good, but Jaden, our waitress has crashed the stars to 1! I have NEVER experienced such a horrendous attitude from a server!! We questioned the 20% automatically added to our bill. The night before, it was not. The night before, we paid a gratuity of 20% to Brittany as it was not added to our bill. Brittany was amazing!! She and the food were the reasons we returned. Our server tonight was Jaden. She was not an adequate server. We needed to find her several times for dessert, etc. my friend found her chatting with people at the bar. They were not busy. She also told us the wrong vegetable for the night. Without telling us, she brought a different vegetable to the table. The bill for my asparagus was not removed. Brittany served us more than she did! Jaden said adding the gratuity of 20% was up to the server's discretion. We were a party of 3 people! My friend picked up our bill in honor of MY birthday!! What a way to try to ruin my birthday!! We will NEVER step foot in the Palmerton Pub again!! What an absolute shame!! I have so many friends who ski at Blue. I will be advising them to save themselves the aggravation!

Perfect scores are rare, so this is a 4.6. Ate here twice and the food and service was both a significant step above from what was once in the building. My family ordered the Thanksgiving meal and it was an excellent idea. Actually wondered if you plan to do this for Easter? Only shaved off a fraction there because we all have room to improve in life. Keep up the good work.
