Kfc - Pasadena

July 12, 2021 at 1:05pm Aline was the cashier who took my order she was unprofessional and rude it seemed like if she try to discourage me from ordering since Drive through was busy at the time I still order and she insisted on telling me it was going to take 8-9 min wait I order and 3 others order after me every one got their food first please don’t be rude like that you get paid to perform a job and I was just there to grab some lunch and by the way I wanted a classic chicken sandwich and received a spicy chicken I’m so disappointed by Aline I will never come here again never

Very nice, I was the only customer ? Staff were curteous. Although, I ordered an 8 piece meal, which should have included 2 of each, but the only white meat were the 2 wings. No breasts were found. There were 4 thighs. I'd prefer the white meat, my son prefers the dark. He lucked out. Oh well, it happens.

I was really disappointed about the service I received today June 25th at 3:30 pm. There were 3 people in line in front of me, there were only 2 employees working and they were taking all of the drive thru customers and ignoring the customers in the lobby. The 3 customers that were in front of me just left very angry. I waited and was still ignored, I received my order at 3:50 and sad to say the food was over cooked and dry. I'm very disappointed and will not be going back there again.

Get service and cool count persons also co people when I come in

This place seems always short or out of stock on objects and once we had to wait 25 minutes to get our order. employees are very lazy and always look unhappy. BAD experience..... they go to a kfc where they are professional and have their act together. very poor service. English broken so it is hard to understand by the loudspeaker....always out of the greed. dirty inside and outside. can only imagine what is lurking in the kitchen. decent lacquer job does not change that kfc should switch off this location. what a embarrassment for the necklace....but I guess it's good enough for east pssadena.
