O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Pearl

Before I had a edating order, I called the restaurant to see if they were able to remove the speck from the steakhouse potatoes, as it did not allow changes in the app. the woman I spoke with uncertain tones, but said yes, I could do that. put the command and called back immediately and believed that it was the same thing I had spoken to earlier. she wasn't the profis and I had to ask her if she needed my name for the order. I made my question and said she would let the kitchen know. either she did not tell them or they did not recognize them, because lo and behold, there is speck; I don't eat pork and it won't eat. should have been taken from other reviews and not ordered from here.

In a few years I was really not in this restaurant when we came in, they saw the menu since the last time changed I had also been the first time my wife. as she liked what she saw on the menu, we decided to stay. long story short we really loved eating that she really did so that my main thing was that she was satisfied. we had a great waiter, he was very respectful what I know they must be, but some pages just do it to earn money, but he is well trained? I must say that we have no problem in any case to return to o charley’s

Visited here for the first time today in yeeaars. my waitress was okay, I guess, but I came here to talk about the old rolls she served me, and the overcooked steak I received (I asked for medium) idk, which is in the picture. they seem to need help in the kitchen. Maybe their other eating is good, but I will probably never know cuz it will definitiw more 5 or 6 years before I return to this place.

Great environment, fantastic service, our server reality has wonderful! will be back soon.

Today was my 51st birthday and I chose here to eat lunch.Ms Marley was our service technician and boy did she make me feel special.I didn't get to meet any of your other employees but if they are anywhere as attentive as Ms Marley you are in good shape.I Kno these reviews are mostly about food but I was most impressed by the person that took care of me.The food was good too but letting you know what a prize you have in Ms Marley was my main priority.Thanks again
