There’s nowhere to sit. Despite being two years post-COVID, this coffee shop continues to keep its seating area closed. I encountered someone here dealing with mental health challenges, and we ended up sitting on the floor for 40 minutes before being asked to leave, with the claim that the health department would shut them down. If you’re looking for a pleasant coffee shop where you can meet and socialize with others, I wouldn’t recommend Porters!

Porters Coffee consistently delivers a wonderful experience. Whether you choose to place an online order for pickup or visit in person, you can expect friendly and swift service along with outstanding coffee and baked goods.

I entered through the online order area and realized you should walk to the front of what appears to be a charmingly updated yellow house in downtown Pickerington. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the coffee drinks are prepared fresh and quickly. Although the space isn't very large, it has never been an issue; I've always found a spot to sit! If you're searching for a cozy, down-to-earth, independent coffee shop, this is the perfect spot for you!

I would give this place five stars because its been our favorite since we moved to pickerington. But I have to leave 3 today because of a terrible customer service experience I just had. We come here almost every day spending $15 30 depending if we have lunch or not. So needless to say we are loyal regular customers. My husband ordered my drink he knows it is oat milk and it came with regular milk. The order went in as regular milk. I said it's possible he said it wrong or quietly or whatever (I was trying to be nice because I knew he ordered it correctly) but they heard it wrong and were so slammed it got done wrong. I asked them to remake it and they refused. They wanted me to pay an additional $5 when this latte would probably cost them less than $0.50 to remake. I even asked to speak to a manager and the owners daughter said they made the policy so the and answer wouldn't be different. I used to work in a coffee shop and orders go wrong all the time and we would never question remaking it. I also have owned service businesses too and would remake if needed. I'm so disappointed in this experience and out of principle would not spend the $5 for a new one. It should be noted this is the second time this has happened and the first time they remade it without question.
