Taverna Sonia - Polygyros

Excellent eating, very tasty and excellent service they took COVID-19 precautions. the tables are very far apart (more than 2 meters) they wear masks when interacting with them. they can eat here safely.

Lovely place to eat in the middle of the woods. Food is very good and there are always daily specials. There is a small playground close by for the kids. One day I really wanted a pita gyros and the owner made it special even though it's not on the menu.

The Tavern is located 5km outside Nikiti, in the midst of a forest. If going after 1800h be sure to take mosquito repellent, and also you have to make a reservation, especially during busy summer season. The food was excellent. All dishes were freshly prepared, tasty and the quantity was more than enough. We tried the mussels, lamb chops and different salads and appetisers. Everything was more than good. Thus the 5 stars. Highly recommended.

Relaxing atmosphere. Delicious food, taste and very fresh. Friendly staff, impeccable service. Everything makes you come back with great pleasure.
