Sushi Johnny - Port Chalmers

Chicken on rice w/teriyaki and Mayo is great value. Was gifted a tasty miso soup by Johnny, great on a cold Port day

This little gem is one of the best sushi places I've eatten at. I regularly make the trip out to Port Chalmers just for it. The two owners are always so bubbly and full of personality. Great sushi Would recommend

The sushi is ALWAYS fresh daily and sometimes made to order if time permits. Nice range of options including non-sushi hot meal choices, the place is clean and the owners are very friendly. We know because we're practically half-nori by now!

Walked in at 2.30pm on January 2nd, they were cleaning up but still took the time make us 3 packets of fresh sushi. Awesome service, friendly team and great tasting sushi. Definitely be back!!
