Pizza Hut - Powell

Was terrible and it smelled funky, but we just came out of the water and starved for pizza hat, the customer service was terrible. Our server was terrible that she did on the back, who knows what was all the time minus 2 times when she took the order and even brought out our appetizers and drinks with our pizza, which was wrong, but we couldn't even tell her. We didn't even get refills! It's not like she had so much to do, we were the ONLY in there. What I suspect should have been our first hint, but at our local PH they sometimes have no cars outside, but the service is still good and it takes in just a little. Whatever. Our appetizer was hard and cold, where it had stopped I guess until the pizza was ready. When we had to pay, we had to get back for someone. When we kindly complained about our $55 order, not being right, we got nasty attitudes as if their mistakes were our fault! We didn't even get a receipt so I could call in the receipt that we received was what she ordered for her to place the order. A big cluster... We will never go back, no matter what to this business!!! EITHER!

The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because of the food. The service was very slow for only like 2 other customers. They were more focused on the UT game than with the customers. The guy was not disrespectful or anything it is just he could have had a bit more enthusiasm with his service. But other than that the food could not have been any better!

Food was great! The service was fast and the order was correct. Our waitress even suggested a way to save money on our order.

I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Jamie who worked Friday. I appreciate you going beyond and beyond while I was sure that I was allergy safe!

Order my food online. It was planned to pick up. They immediately brought out my order and were very friendly. Nice to go to a restaurant and although everyone works hard, the staff was very friendly.
