Papa Johns Pizza - Puyallup

The pizzas were very delicious ??. I also say that their customer service is very good. The workers were amazing and generous. I highly recommend it.

Yeah, this place has been super hit or miss since we started ordering here. We just moved to South Hill back in May 2023 and the food has been so inconsistent here but tonight was the last straw.The pizza had half the cheese on it that it needed and unfortunately after eating 2 slices I got to the crust of the second and am like 99% positive there was a baked Khapra Beetle larvae carcass up on the crust. I wish it had occurred to me to take pics before I washed it down the sink but it was a long day at work and I ordered pizza for our family because I was too tired to cook. I was even more convinced after I tried cutting it with a knife and it was hollow at the end and then when I squished the “head” it leaked out some kind of liquid. DISGUSTING!Oh and that’s not even including the butter and garlic salt that was spilled all over the box for our bread sticks. So gross. I definitely won’t be ordering pizza here again. I’ve included pics of the pizza and all the huge spots where there was no cheese.

Sent anchovies on my pepperoni pizza. I called to point out their mistake and they argued. Ended up paying a second delivery fee only to have the pizza literally dropped on my doorstep with a messed up “quality seal”. Won’t be doing business here again.
