Taco Bell - Puyallup

Had to go over 5 mile to pickup missing food from my online order!

Horrible service they just ignore you on top of hiding their mobile orders under the counter so you have no idea if it’s done ore being worked

I have to use machines to order now I guess it's not bad but I prefer customer service over anything. The one staff member at the front was helpful she tried her best to get our order right. Thanks again. The breakfast is delicious and affordable.

This was some of the worst made Taco Bell I've ever had. My crunch wrap basically had nothing on it at all and I didn't finish it. I got a few bites in, took it apart and confirmed I was just eating sour cream, lettuce, and a tortilla. There was a tablespoon of meat on the whole thing at best. We also got some unbeefy 5 layer burritos which are the skinnyest burritos I've ever gotten from a taco bell.To top it off the lady running the drive through speaker was super rude and just had a huge attitude for some reason.Hard pass on this Taco Bell. Go to a different one.

After a while, my husband had not come out of the bathroom, and it had been nearly 20 minutes. I grew worried and knocked on the door, checking if everything was okay. He assured me he was fine, but I then shared what the staff member had done. It became clear that we were being treated unfairly, as if we were homeless. I was with my 2-year-old baby and pregnant, just looking for a moment to relax after our journey. It felt like the staff was complaining about us, and I told my husband we should leave because of the way they were looking at us. Just as we were preparing to go, the worker approached us and insisted that we needed to leave. My husband replied that we were already on our way out. Overall, I found the treatment we received to be unacceptable. As Latin people, we felt discriminated against, almost as if we were being treated differently compared to other customers. It was disheartening to experience this kind of bias, and it left a negative impression on our visit.
