Terrace Restaurant in the Fairmont Frontenac

I have visited this restaurant numerous times and it continues to be an excellent choice for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks. The Saturday afternoon tea is especially fantastic!

For and outstanding and exquisite food it is a must to have dinner at both of these places. Le continental will provide you an culinary experience like you never had before. The service and the food is sublime like no other restaurant offer in Canada. Cafe Conti offered you quite different experience however the food will not disappoint you. A great more modern menu with a great quality of food. a must try experience.

Situated in the historic Chateau Frontenac, The Terrace restaurant offers both a la carte and buffet options. The menu is extensive, featuring a wide variety of dishes that cater to all tastes. The Eggs Benedict and homemade potato chips are especially delicious and irresistible. It is recommended to make reservations in advance, as the restaurant is popular among both hotel guests and locals.

The Hotel is quite the sight in Old Town Quebec and you almost have to stop in for a drink or a bite. The hostess may judge you and make you wait but the table waiters more than make up for it with style n charm. note: worst lemonade i have ever had in my life ,but the appetizers were quite good and the other drinks were as expected.

This is really worth doing, if just for lunch. The ambience is wonderful. The food was very good, but I found my main dish over salted. My mistake for not bringing it to the server's attention could've been a situation where 2 people in the kitchen each seasoned it (inadvertently). Other dishes were excellent.
