Magnificent vegetarier punjabi indian restaurant. on holiday we thought of the midday buffet when we drove from seattle to mt. rainier, and again on the way from mt. rainier to the north cascades, and when we returned to seattle from the Olympic mountains. That's good! the buffet was a firm because it (at each of the three places we were there) two dishes with wiper, the rennet-free Indian cheese. also, two types of daal (lentil or kicherbsen,) wonderful mixed vegetables (something different), and 3 types of brot or baked. pleasant atmosphere with comfortable stands. in their shop in the restaurant they can also buy their food for off,- ready or frozen.
Weekend buffet is outstanding vegetarian option. Nice people and full menu is vegetarian as well. No meat here.
UPDATED We have returned and had a mix of experiences. Upon returning, they fed me dairy and the guy wryly smiled at me; not sure what that meant. Almost like he was messing w me. The woman (owner?/manager? came over to apologize , half-heartedly. WE WON 'T BE BACK
Really nice lunch buffet 1 item did not state it had cheese. But just be aware of what your eating naan bread is excellent!
