Contribuer aux commentairesHad a order, took more than20 minutes and I couldn’t wait, so I asked for a refund and they took my number and receipt for the refund which they didn’t and I went back after a month and they took my number again to check, a simple refund should not take this long!!Btw they all speak their own language while talking to the customers
The food and atmosphere is fine but the customer service is terrible. I ordered a special and three guys which should add up to $14, but the cashier charged me $16. I only found out once I payed, so I asked for my $2 back, but the cashier simply said No , absurd. terrible service.
Easily the slowest Coco in York region. probably due to understaffing.wait time for a drink can easily be 20-30 minutes on a Friday or weekend evening, with a line up occupying half the store.I've found this to be the case year round. all other Coco prepares my drink in an acceptable time.even ordering my drink in the app does not improveemploying only 3 kids on a busy day is just poor management
Bought jasmine milk tea and it tasted like jasmine milk ! No tea in it at all . Went in told them they put more tea in it but it’s like they put water!????Even the drink is white there is no tea. This place used to be good once
I always order bubble tea here without a problem. The new order staff they have is pretty bad. Ordered a hot drink but they gave me a cold drink. I bring this up and the staff straight up said No. I don 't even know what that means. I state again that I ordered a hot drink and he responds with We don 't do hot drinks . I point him to the menu and told him that they have hot drinks in the menu and then he changes his tune to You need to tell me at the ordering stage. And as frustrated I am, I tell him my original statement of I ordered a hot drink . He then proceeds to speak to a what appears to be a manager and comes back to me that they can 't do anything. This is such a poor customer service and they need to strive some better service. They had a better staffs with staff training on customer service.
