Burger King - Riverside

I ordered a $6 meal and a $1 frozen drink. My bill was $10.43. As i am disabled and had to go here on a handicap scooter, i didn't realize the error until i got home. It was then that i noticed my missing nuggets. I had to drive back on the scooter inthe heat. The entrance is not at all friendly to scooters or electric wheelchairs. You could go right off of the curb trying toget in or out. The manager came to the counter after a few minutes to refund me the overcharge, but did not speak one singleword to me. Then he almost forgot to give me the missing nuggets. When i asked for a simple $1 frozen drink for the mistake andmaking me come back, he motioned to an employee to ring me up for it. I will go to a better BK next time. One that is fartheraway from me, just to get better service. By the way, the manager alone gets one star. The other two stars are for the youngladies working the counter and drive thru. One is still training, but doing pretty well in my opinion. Don't bother trying tocall, either. It will inform you that the magic jack customer you tried to reach isn't available.

They make almost all there food way before..by the time I get what I want my burger has heated up lettuce and the toppings are like they have been under a heat lamp for a few hours.they best time is the mornings..when the food is actually fresh

When the manager Edgar is trying to fuxk hes co worker the girl with glasses i walked in they didn't see me or heard me all you hear is stop and she was in the back touching hes watch like if the manager asked her to touch it and once they see me they bothget away from each other lol hope hes wife dont mind him cheating..

The employees here be smoking some skante? seriously, who eats mozzarella sticks with buffalo sauce? Really disappointed with location?s service.

Food was absolutely disgusting. Jalapeno bites were so stale and hard I couldn't even bite into them. Not to mention the chicken nuggets were the same quality as the jalapeno bites.
