Contribuer aux commentairesPassé hier au début de l'après-midi. Cinq personnes derrière le comptoir et rien ne marche, pas plus que la climatisation. Les billets qui correspondent, les commandes faites en double, il fallait choisir un de plusieurs billets, dont certains ont déjà été complétés. Il y a quelque chose qui n'a pas fonctionné, mais un des employés, un homme avec une barbe grise, a pris les choses en main et c'est plus ou moins en ordre. Enfin, mon poulet grillé avait grandi en poulet croustillant dans mon emballage, mais bon... On a dû passer une mauvaise journée... Et dire qu'une voiture militaire est arrivée juste après notre départ : Il a dû être exceptionnel, je suppose, il faut dire que l'atmosphère semblait lourde derrière le comptoir, elle sentait l'argument interne. I 'm not the type to leave reviews on Google, but... Firstly, I do mobile orders to avoid mistakes, and each time there are missing products? Is it possible to put them in shortages on your application? Secondly, I don 't have to ask for whipped cream on my iced cappuccino, it comes with it and what 's more, it never tastes the same. The customer service is terrible! I was shouted at when I arrived at the order terminal “YES YOUR ORDER”. I get judged by the same girl because I order an almond milk latte and ask to put 1 cream on the side. For whatever reason, you don 't tell the customer yes but you ordered me almond milk . I pay more for almond milk too. I have worked in fast food for almost 7 years now, and I believe that this is not a problem with the employees but with the management. Where is the “Hello can I take your order” “You can move forward!”. I miss having good, fast, courteous and efficient service.
