Subway - Rothschild

The woman behind the counter screamed at my wife and I when we didn't say exactly what kind of cheese we wanted right away. the roast beef taste a little old but it would have tasted a lot better if I wouldn't have gotten screamed at.

Older woman was quite rude. Whrn i was checking out and getting ready to pay, she almost charged me with a bag of chips that my 2 year old grabbed and put back, and instead of admitting she didnt watch her put them back she claimed she had caught her so thats why she had put them on the order. Then when i was trying to decide weather i wanted to pay for a drink she handed me a water cup without allowing me to decide.

Yum yum yum. Young man that took care of me was very helpful and polite. Will be going there again

I've had great service before but today the older lady was very rude and short to me. Even when picking out toppings for my sub. Not very professional. I was polite and courteous the whole time as I know how it is to work customer service.

Put in a carry out order right when they opened. When I opened my order, 1 sandwich was clearly on old bread (I expected fresh since they just opened when I placed the order, barely toasted when I asked for it, the other sandwich was not toasted either.I try to give this location a chance, but every time I go, something is always wrong with my order. I can also tell they are extremely understaffed and the one who was there when I picked up had a horrible attitude and clearly didn't want to be there.
