We were served by a very friendly and efficient Lisa. My wife had two plain Cheeseburgers and large fries with a sprite. I had the Smoky Chimichurri Chicken with large fries and an orange Fanta. Both my wife's burgers were not hot and just warm at best. Both fries were superb as was my Smoky Chimichurri Chicken meal. They always ask you if you would like sauce? If you want Tomato sauce then that is free and you will get quite a handful thrown at you. If you want BBQ sauce then for each little tiny pot you will have to pay 30p each which is a shame. You would have thought by now they would do sachet's of BBQ sauce the same as they do Tomato sauce? Anyway the place was clean and tidy. One good thing was that when the couple left next to us a man immediately came over and cleaned/wiped the table down. That was good to see.
We had three burgers off the 'King Savers Menu ' and thought they were a bargain. All our burgers were fresh, tasty and of good size for the price. We asked for a different bun due to allergies and this was fulfilled by the staff members without problem.
We called in here after a shopping spree at Asda and the toy shop opposite the car park. Shopping complete we called in on 1st December at 12:30 and found all the seating outside and inside taken up. We thought we would still order up what we enjoyed last time which was a plain cheese burger meal and the crispy chicken burger meal. We were served by Kabiraj who was quite efficient. The food as usual was very good and as fast food outlets go, we couldn't really fault it. As our food was ready a table became free and was promptly cleaned for us to sit down and enjoy our meal. We would certainly eat here again when next back over at Farnborough.
We called in here on 19th Oct at lunchtime and joined a small queue. Our food order was taken quickly and efficiently by Prasna. We ordered a Memphis Crispy Chicken meal which includes a drink and fries. My wife had a plain cheeseburger with large fries and shared my Fanta drink. Our total cost was £12:37 and we only waited about 5 8 minutes max. The food was simply a perfect takeaway meal, and the fries were crisp and tasty. We had no room for any complaints or concerns, and both enjoyed our meal on site and then left. The place was very clean and tidy and is located within the Princes Mead on the lower level. We will be back again as we had a great experience.
Firstly the 4 ordering machines were not working however with NO out of order sign on them. Attitude received from Chloe, who was almost disgruntled at the fact she actually had to take an order from us when we told her the machines are not working. There was music playing behind the counter which was too loud for our server to heard us, resulting in us shouting our order several times. Chloe then walked off with our £50 note stating ‘it needs to be checked’ and left the establishment for 5 minutes with the one other member of staff refusing to make our food until payment was made. Further to this, when the unhappy customer behind us asked this other member of staff if he could take their order, as they had waited over 10 minutes already the member of staff decided to walk aimlessly around the kitchen ‘looking for chloe’ despite watching her leave the kitchen. To further ridicule the establishment, we witnessed a manager (dressed in a suit) give the manager of Burger King a stern talking to about HIS own desire for wandering off from the establishment. When we asked to speak to the manager, he shook his head and walked off, ignoring us. Whilst I appreciate it is a fast food establishment and we don’t expect 5* service, the only thing fast about it was the staffs speedy exit and ability to eye roll at customers.
