This has nothing to do with the food. But this Carl's Jr. Is wasting water. We drive by at 4 p.m. and they're watering. Some of the sprinklers are broken and shooting water out into the street. Wasteful, since we are in a drought situation. Businessesneed to be more mindful as well as residents in the Rosemont Area.
Superstar is off the chain It beats a Whopper it beats a Big Mac any day
Over the years I've always ordered the chicken club sandwich. Never again! The chicken was like sponge and there were gobs of discolored mayonnaise and wilted lettuce and tomato. I couldn't even eat half of it before throwing it out. Crossing fingersthat I don't get food poisoning. My husband threw his out too and both of us hate wasting food. 0 stars for the food, 2 starsfor the service.
$10.66 for a small Fry, small drink and a piece of chicken in a bun. No lettuce tomatoes or cheese? Extremely poor value for the price! The advertisement is misleading for the upgrade chicken sandwich with the lettuce tomatoes and bacon? The pricedifference was under a dollar. But Why would I want bacon on a chicken sandwich? I wouldn't. Hamburgers yes... why no lettuceand tomatoes? that option wasn't available apparently. Received attitude when I went back to ask why there wasn't lettuce andtomatoes on the chicken, so I asked for a refund. Was going to be charged for the fries I ate first because they were barelywarm and cold fries are no good. And for the drink I had two drinks out of. I said this review would be made to corporate. Inthe end... they get 2 stars instead of 1 because I had to go back and deal with a simple matter of lettuce and tomato. From amisleading advertisement on the ordering board. They added tomato and lettuce and replaced my fries. Good job on the managementfor making it right. It's not their fault for overpriced low quality food. But get this. One meal that cost 10.66 almost covers$15 an hour employment. It's no wonder no one wants to work. People will stop going to fast food at these restaurant pricesgetting low quality food. I'm not eating at Carl's Jr. Again. FYI I was an assistant manager my senior year in high-school atHardies (Carl's jr) 32 years ago. The quality of food was much better then and it was more than half the price less. It was also$3.35 an hour pay. If anyone hasn't noticed the ratio to pay and cost of food is about the same. But quality is not.
